The Brief

Two products.One world.

Dubai AI Festival draws the people deciding what enterprise AI looks like at scale. Most brands show up with a screen and a few banner stands. Haptik and SOLO had a better idea.

Brief 01 — Haptik Services Booth

A virtual space that brings Haptik’s enterprise AI services to life. Visitors could explore the product story, see Voice AI and AI Agents in action, and connect directly with the team — all inside the browser, on any device.

Brief 02 — SOLO Launch

SOLO by Interakt, the AI teammate app for small businesses, was being formally introduced at the festival. It needed a presence inside the world that introduced it to a new audience — positioned alongside, but clearly distinct from, Haptik’s enterprise stack.

“The brief was to build an experience that doesn't just describe their AI products. One that uses the product to guide you through the story.”

01 — The Brief

Two briefs.One world.

Haptik needed a stage for its enterprise AI services. SOLO needed a launch moment. The Dubai AI Festival was the venue — and a single virtual world became the answer to both.

Design Thinking

Our Approach.

01

Let the product be the guide

The character who welcomes you to the AI World isn't a mascot. It's Haptik Voice AI — the actual product, doing its actual job. Visitors get a live demonstration before they even realise they're in one. The experience sells the technology by being the technology.

02

Browser-native, headset-optional

Most immersive experiences lock themselves behind a hardware requirement. We built for the browser first. A visitor could explore on a laptop at the event or drop into full VR on a supported headset. The experience works either way — no app download, no setup.

03

Design the environment like a brand

The world has a visual language: deep navy, glowing cyan grids, a floor that pulses with colour, concentric arcs that suggest something vast. It doesn't look like a conference booth. It looks like the inside of an AI. Every visual decision reinforced the idea that Haptik's technology exists in a different category.

The Experience

A World You Actually Walk Through.

The experience opens on a glowing 3D environment with Haptik Voice AI as your guide. From the Booth, visitors navigate across different zones, interact with product demos, and reach a live expert when they're ready to talk. Every interactive element in the world glows — click anything that glows to trigger it.

Technical approach

A Booth That WasActually Worth Visiting.

Built using WebXR, the experience runs entirely in the browser and scales from a standard laptop at the event to a full VR headset. The environment was designed to feel like a product — not a trade show stand — with a consistent visual system, spatial audio, and interactive moments throughout.

Dubai AI Festival 2026

The Dubai AI Festival gave both brands a single stage. The brief was to build something worth stopping for — a virtual world where visitors could meet the AI, explore the products, and leave with a clearer sense of what Haptik and SOLO actually do.
